The space - As soon as you enter, there is a complete and functional kitchen on the right, equipped with everything you need and enriched by a dining table perfect for breakfasts and dinners with friends. Opposite is the living room, furnished in a contemporary style, with a comfortable double sofa bed and a French window (with curtains) overlooking the street, which guarantees excellent natural brightness. The French window is equipped with convenient electric shutters to ensure privacy.
Between the kitchen and the living room there is the bathroom area, embellished with elegant marble finishes, consisting of: practical dressing room with sink and modern bathroom with shower, toilet and towel warmer.
The rooms - The apartment has two spacious rooms, both equipped with a 40” TV: a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a queen size bed.
From both rooms there is direct access to a small outdoor area, ideal for getting some air, relaxing or sipping a coffee.
Capacity - The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people and is perfect for: couples, families, small groups of friends, business trips
