The raised position guarantees bright rooms, while the private terrace represents a perfect space to fully experience the Mediterranean atmosphere.
The apartment has a double bedroom, a single sofa bed in the living area and two single beds in the attic, ensuring a flexible and functional accommodation. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave and refrigerator with freezer, so as to offer full autonomy in preparing meals. The bathroom is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.
Air conditioning and washing machine ensure convenience in every season. The terrace is the real strong point: equipped with a dining area and barbecue, it is perfect for outdoor breakfasts, moments of relaxation and dinners under the stars. The apartment is reserved for non-smoking guests, but smoking is allowed outside.
