The apartment features two private terraces: the first terrace, accessible from the living room, is furnished with a table for outdoor meals and is connected via a French door to one of the double bedrooms; the second terrace is for the exclusive use of the second double bedroom, ensuring privacy and dedicated outdoor space. A reserved parking space completes the property, particularly convenient during the summer season
