Modern apartment equipped with all comforts. It features two bedrooms: one double bedroom and one twin room with two single beds (one of which is a pull-out bed).
In the living area, there is also a very comfortable double sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, including a dishwasher and an oven. In the laundry area (anteroom), you will find a cabinet equipped with a washing machine and a laundry sink. The apartment boasts four balconies, one of which offers a sea view. All rooms are air-conditioned. Super-fast internet and Smart TV are available free of charge.

The environment is peaceful and quiet. The location is excellent for visiting all the main points of interest, which are easily reachable on foot. The neighborhood is lively and well-serviced with clubs, restaurants, supermarkets, and other useful amenities. The beach and the small harbor of Syracuse, where you can enjoy boat excursions, are only 100 meters away

Parking:
The property does not have a private or exclusive parking space. However, guests can find free street parking (white lines) on the road alongside the apartment or in the surrounding streets.
A small paid parking lot is located directly in front of the building.
A large paid parking area, "Parking Molo S. Antonio," is situated just a few hundred meters away.
Being located directly on the seafront, it is generally very easy to find parking in front of the house or at the nearby marina, both of which offer free public parking.

The Neighborhood:
"Lo Sbarcadero" (Santa Lucia Pier) is a central area overlooking the small harbor and Ortigia. It features a small beach, a summer solarium for swimming, and several yacht clubs. You will be steps away from restaurants, bars, and essential shops, as well as the main shopping streets (Corso Gelone and Corso Matteotti). It is an ideal spot for those arriving by car, for those wishing to take a boat excursion, or for those who simply want to enjoy a relaxing walk on the cycle path and admire the stunning sunrises over the sea.
