🔑 PROPERTY ACCESS (HISTORIC CENTER, TWO ENTRANCES):
Room Castel Perollo is located inside the Castello Vecchio, in the heart of Sciacca’s historic center.
The property is set over multiple levels and hosts 3 independent rooms:
• PINK (2nd floor)

⚠️ No elevator: there are stairs and level changes typical of historic buildings.


✅ Two possible access routes:
• 🚗 Via Perollo (by car): a very narrow road, recommended only for small cars and confident/experienced drivers. If you manage to arrive, it may be possible to find parking right below the property;
• 🚶‍♂️ Zig-zag stairs on Via Giuseppe Licata (on foot): the most practical access for those parking in nearby areas.

In the historic center, parking may require a bit of attention, but there are several options that let you leave your car just a few minutes’ walk from the property.

Access is SELF CHECK-IN only: a few days before arrival you’ll receive all instructions and, shortly before, your personal CODE to enter freely.

🚶‍♂️ You’re already in the heart of Sciacca: the Cathedral, squares, restaurants, and shops are all walkable.
🚗 A car is useful if you want to reach beaches and nearby areas.
🚕 Private taxis available (❌ Uber or similar services are not available)

📜 HOUSE RULES (TO KNOW AND ACCEPT BEFORE YOUR STAY):

🆔 IDENTIFICATION (MANDATORY):
After booking, you will receive:
• a link to register your ID documents, required for reporting to the public security authorities (Art. 109 TULPS / Alloggiati Web).


🚭 SMOKING:
Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms (including e-cigarettes). Smoke detectors are installed and will trigger the alarm.
✅ Smoking is allowed on the veranda / in outdoor areas.


🔑⚡ KEYS + CARD:
The room’s electrical system is controlled by a card connected to the house keys. When you go out, the card must be removed, which switches off the electricity throughout the room. This system is designed to ensure safety and energy sustainability.


💧 WATER CONSUMPTION:
We kindly ask you to use water responsibly and avoid waste: in Sicily, water is a precious resource, especially during the summer months.
