Lovely apartment located in the very city center of Rome, at a few steps from Piazza Navona, Pantheon and Campo de Fiori.

The apartment is located in a little alley, right next to Piazza della Chiesa Nuova, where you can find a taxi station, a bus station and a supermarket. By the way, the apartment is centrally located, there is no need to use the bus, you can walk everywhere!

The apartment has his own independent entrance (24 steps from the street level), and it is composed by a bright and large living room with a comfortable brand new sofa (convertible in a double bed if needed), 4 armchairs, table and TV. A portable fan is provided during summer. From the window you can see the lateral wall of the church Santa Maria della Vallicella, better known as Chiesa Nuova: built between 1500 and 1600, the church is famous for the fresco paintings by Pietro da Cortona and the amazing altarpiece by Rubens.

The air conditioned master bedroom has a brand new double bed for 2 with a very comfortable matress, wardrobe, dresser and mirror. Right in front of the bedroom is the recently fully restored bathroom with WC, bidet and a XL shower (renovation January 2020).

The fully equipped kitchen has a round table with 4 chairs, fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washer-dryer.
