The apartment is spread over two levels:

* First Floor: Dedicated to the sleeping quarters and main bathrooms, accessible via an elegant quartz staircase with steel railings.
Sleeping Area
* Master Bedroom: Features a double bed (or two singles upon request) and an en-suite full bathroom. Wake up to stunning views of the sea, the harbor, and Ortigia.
* Second Bedroom: Offers a double bed (or two singles upon request) with a lateral sea view. A second full bathroom is located immediately adjacent for the exclusive use of this room.
