The Space:

There’s also ample storage for your belongings, so you can unpack and settle in comfortably.



The apartment includes a kitchen with modern appliances, cookware, and dinnerware. Whether you’re brewing your morning espresso or cooking a romantic dinner with local ingredients, you’ll have everything you need. The bathroom is clean and contemporary, fitted with a refreshing shower, toilet, bidet and sink, plus we provide fresh towels and basic toiletries for your convenience. For your comfort, the apartment has air conditioning to keep you cool during warm Sardinian days, and high-speed Wi-Fi to keep you connected – whether you’re streaming a movie or catching up on work emails.



Guest Access:

You will have full, private access to the entire apartment during your stay. This means the bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom are all exclusively yours to enjoy. The area has a laid-back, local vibe, so you can experience the authentic Cagliari lifestyle away from the tourist crowds while still being close to all the action.



Just down the road is Poetto Beach, Cagliari’s famous 8 km stretch of white sand and turquoise sea. Here you can spend the day swimming, sunbathing, or sipping a drink at one of the seaside kiosks and bars. In the summer evenings, the beach promenade comes alive with music and atmosphere – perfect for an after-dinner stroll. Nature lovers will be happy to know that the Molentargius Saline Nature Park (home to pink flamingos in the wild) is also nearby, offering a unique spot for a walk or bike ride. And if you’re looking to explore Cagliari’s cultural sights, the historic city center (with landmarks like the Castello district, the Bastione di Saint Remy, and the Marina) is just a short ride away, full of charming narrow streets, restaurants, and boutiques.



Getting Around:

Getting around Cagliari and to the beach is easy from our apartment. By car, it’s about a 10-minute drive to reach Poetto Beach or roughly 15 minutes to the historic downtown. Free street parking is available near the apartment, so having a rental car is convenient if you plan to explore the broader Sardinian coastline or drive into town.



If you prefer not to drive, public transport is a great option – there’s a bus stop a short walk from the apartment that offers frequent buses to both the beach and the city center. A bus ride gets you to Poetto Beach in around 10 minutes, or to central Cagliari (harbor and old town area) in about 15 minutes. For those who love to walk, you can reach the nearest stretch of Poetto Beach on foot in roughly 20 minutes, enjoying a pleasant stroll through the neighborhood and along a pedestrian path. Taxis and ride-share services are also readily available in Cagliari, which is handy for airport transfers or late-night outings. No matter how you choose to get around, our location makes it simple to experience everything Cagliari has to offer.
