Description of the spaces
The apartment, of about 50 square meters, is spread over two levels and welcomes guests in a harmonious and well-organized space, designed to offer comfort and convenience even during longer stays.
On the ground floor there is a bright living room with kitchenette, the convivial heart of the house. The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, a dining table suitable for 4 people and easily extendable up to 5, an elegant chest of drawers with smart TV and hot/cold air conditioning. The kitchenette, perfectly integrated into the environment, is designed to offer everything necessary to prepare meals in total autonomy: the functional worktops, the gas stove and the microwave allow you to cook easily, while the refrigerator with freezer allows you to conveniently store food and drinks. To complete the space, the mocha for traditional Italian coffee, the electric kettle for tea and herbal teas and the toaster, ideal for a relaxing breakfast before going out to discover the city. The basic cooking kit makes the kitchenette practical and welcoming, perfect both for a quick meal and for a dinner to enjoy together after a busy day.
Continuing on the same level, the apartment is divided into two areas. On the right is the first double bedroom, intimate and quiet, furnished with a double bed, bedside tables and bedside lamps, hot/cold air conditioning, flat screen smart TV, dresser, mirror and a small window. Before entering the room there is a practical space with a washing machine. On the left of the ground floor is the bathroom, a modern and functional space designed to offer comfort and convenience during your stay. The bathroom has a toilet and bidet, a comfortable shower ideal for relaxing after a day spent exploring the city, a sink with a large mirror and a hairdryer. A courtesy set is also available to guests, to ensure a carefree and carefree welcome from the first moment.
