The main level includes a large living area with a comfortable sofa which can open up into a sofa-bed if needed to accommodate one additional guest and dining table, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and a clean, modern bathroom. To keep the space quiet and comfortable year-round, the apartment features full air conditioning and heating. A mezzanine level overlooks the living area, hosting a comfortable queen-size bed.

Please keep in mind that, as a preserved historic building, there is no elevator; the apartment is reached by a beautiful, wide stone staircase.
