Agriturismo Bellavista is an authentic agriturismo in the Val d’Orcia, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, set in a panoramic location and surrounded by nature. The property is a characteristic 18th-century rustic farmhouse, surrounded by olive trees and centuries-old oaks, within a family-run organic farm covering more than 100 hectares.

Guests can enjoy spacious outdoor areas and a large, sunny panoramic swimming pool (18 x 9 m), ideal for relaxation. It is possible to eat meals together on the veranda or, in case of bad weather, in the common room. The location is strategic for visiting Montalcino, Bagno Vignoni and Pienza, all within approximately 20 km, and for walking and hiking in the surrounding woodland.

The agriturismo offers an authentic rural experience, with farm animals and seasonal activities such as the olive harvest, from which the renowned DOP Olivastra Seggianese extra virgin olive oil is produced. Breakfast is served in a carefully restored former sheepfold, and upon request, tastings of local products are organized, including cheeses, organic olive oil and local wines such as Brunello di Montalcino and Montecucco.

The farmhouse is designed to offer generous space and a welcoming atmosphere, with a total capacity of 18 beds distributed across four ground-floor apartments and two apartments on the upper floor. The property features ten bedrooms, including nine double rooms and one single room, served by eight bathrooms, making it an ideal solution for families and groups of friends who wish to share the beauty of Tuscany while maintaining privacy and comfort. The six independent apartments are furnished in the traditional Tuscan rustic style, with wooden beams, terracotta floors and warm, inviting interiors. Each unit has a private entrance, a fully equipped kitchenette and spaces designed to ensure privacy and independence, making them suitable for couples, families and groups of friends alike. Some apartments are more compact and ideal for two or three guests, while others can accommodate larger groups, always preserving an intimate and homely atmosphere. Many of the accommodations also feature a fireplace, perfect for creating a cosy and charming ambience during the cooler seasons.
