The first-floor apartment has been completely renovated with high-quality finishes and a modern feel. The heart of the home is the splendid eat-in kitchen with a central island, perfect for gourmet breakfasts or aperitifs after returning from the beach. The separate and welcoming living room offers the perfect place to relax after a day in the sun.
The sleeping area features two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with three single beds (the fourth is a pull-out bed). For maximum comfort for the whole family, the apartment has two bathrooms (one main bathroom with shower and one guest bathroom).
An ideal solution for those who don't want to give up the comforts of a luxury home even on vacation.

Sand is not allowed in the shower, nor are garbage or food/drink residues allowed in the apartment. Dishes, glasses, and pots and pans must be washed.

Arrival: from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at our real estate agency. Late arrivals must be communicated promptly.

Departure: no later than 9:00 AM (keys must be returned to the agency).

City tax due as required by law, from April 1st to October 31st, based on the number of occupants of the property: €1.25 per day per person for a maximum of 14 nights (over 12 years old).

PLEASE NOTE: Bed linen and towels are not provided. We will provide disposable mattress covers and pillow covers for the number of beds in the apartment.
