Sand is not allowed in the shower, nor are garbage or food/drink residues left in the apartment. Dishes, glasses, and pots and pans must be washed regularly.

Arrival: from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at our real estate agency. Late arrivals must be communicated promptly.

Departure: no later than 9:00 AM (keys must be returned to the agency).

Tourist tax due as required by law from April 1st to October 31st, based on the number of occupants of the property (€1.25 per day per person for a maximum of 14 nights, over 12 years old).

PLEASE NOTE: Bed linens and towels are not provided. We will provide disposable mattress covers and pillow covers for the number of beds in the apartment.
