Historic & Modern Residence Muravera is a recently renovated holiday home, originally built as a traditional residential house and now designed to offer a comfortable, functional and well-organised stay in south-eastern Sardinia.

The house is part of a typical village building and retains an original feature of traditional homes in the area: a shared internal courtyard. In the past, these spaces were used for everyday life and social interaction between families; today, the courtyard is still shared with other residential units. Guests may use this area to eat outdoors or relax, in a quiet and respectful environment.

The interior spaces have been fully renovated and the house is equipped with all essential modern amenities, including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator and freezer.
Bed linen and towels are provided at arrival.

The house is arranged over two levels and includes:
– one spacious double bedroom on the ground floor, with wardrobe, bedside tables, chest of drawers and a window facing the courtyard;
– one twin bedroom on the upper floor, with two single beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and a window with views of the surrounding hills.

There are two full bathrooms, one on each floor. This layout ensures comfort and better space management, particularly for families or small groups.
The upper-floor bathroom also includes a dedicated laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer available for guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped and suitable for everyday cooking. It includes a hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, extractor hood and a complete set of cookware, dishes and cutlery. A Lavazza A Modo Mio coffee machine with welcome capsules is also provided.

The living area is spacious and designed for comfort and practicality. It features a dining table, seating area and a sofa bed facing a Smart TV. Guests can access streaming platforms such as Netflix or Prime Video using their own accounts, supported by free Wi-Fi throughout the house.

The location is ideal for guests who wish to move around on foot: the centre of Muravera, local museums, supermarkets, restaurants and cafés are all within walking distance.

The nearest beach is approximately a 5-minute drive away. Some of the most well-known beaches of south-eastern Sardinia, including Costa Rei, Villasimius, Feraxi and Murtas, can be reached in about 15 minutes by car.

Historic & Modern Residence Muravera is particularly suitable for families and small groups looking for a clean, comfortable and well-located home. It works well both for summer holidays and for longer stays during the quieter shoulder seasons.
