Charming and modern two-bedroom apartment with terrace, located within the Poggio al Lago residence, just 200 meters from the “Desenzanino” beach.



The apartment, located on the second floor of a building with an elevator, welcomes guests with a living room furnished with a Smart TV, a comfortable double sofa bed, a dining table with chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring an induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, and toaster. Through a French door, you can access the covered terrace furnished with an outdoor table and chairs, where you can enjoy a beautiful lake view.



The apartment offers free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all rooms. The sleeping area includes a master bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, and a second bedroom with a single bed plus a pull-out bed and a wardrobe. Both rooms overlook the private terrace.

The layout is completed by a bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, WC, and washing machine.



Guests can park their car in the private garage within the residence.

A baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request for a small extra fee of €5 per night.

Self check-in is available: a few days before arrival, all necessary instructions will be provided for independent access to the accommodation.

Those who love sun and tranquility will find several well-maintained beaches to relax and enjoy the scenery, while sports enthusiasts can enjoy windsurfing, sailing, or mountain biking.

Desenzano is also an excellent starting point for exploring the Lower Lake Garda area, rich in enchanting places: from the renowned Sirmione, famous for its thermal baths and historic charm, to Salò with its elegant lakeside promenade, and further on to Maderno and Gardone Riviera.



The apartment is easily reachable from the nearby Desenzano del Garda train station, only a 5-minute drive away, and from Verona Valerio Catullo Airport, about a 30-minute drive away.
