The apartment is located in the characteristic caruggi (alleys in the Genoese dialect) celebrated by Fabrizio De André, in a bright, safe, and well-frequented area.
You'll be catapulted into the heart of one of Europe's largest and most fascinating historic centers. Just steps from Porta Soprana and Christopher Columbus's house, you can walk to the shopping and fashion district, the Porto Antico, the Cathedral of San Lorenzo, the Aquarium, and the main attractions. All within walking distance of your apartment.

The area is pedestrianized, well-served, safe, and lively, with shops and traditional restaurants.
The apartment is on the second floor of a small building with recently renovated internal stairs.

The entrance is Genoese-style, furnished in a modern style and also includes a work station. Large sections of original solid brick are visible, contrasting with the more modern finishes.

The apartment has two bedrooms.

Bedroom 2 features a comfortable memory foam double bed, a wardrobe, and two bedside tables with drawers.

Bedroom 1 can be adapted to your needs. It can be configured with a single bed, two single beds, or a double bed. There's also a wardrobe for storing clothes.
