Spacious and modern newly built apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace, located within the Katya Resort with swimming pool, perfect for a family holiday or a group getaway for up to 6 guests in Desenzano del Garda!



The apartment, located on the second floor of a building with elevator, welcomes guests with a large and bright living room featuring a double sofa bed, Smart TV, dining table with chairs, and an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, American coffee machine, toaster, kettle and microwave. A French door provides access to the furnished terrace with table and chairs, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors.



The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: the first with a double bed, wardrobe, private balcony, and a private en-suite bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and toilet; the second bedroom also features a double bed and wardrobe.

A second bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and toilet completes the layout of this beautiful apartment.



Guests have air conditioning in all rooms, heating for colder days, and free Wi-Fi.

From the living room, there is access to a small balcony which, via a staircase, leads to the private rooftop sun terrace of the residence.



Guests can use a garage within the property (width 3.20 m – length 10 m – height 2.00 m). The ramp leading down to the garages is quite steep and is not recommended for low cars.



The communal swimming pools are open from May 1st to September 30th, and two sun loungers per apartment are available in the pool area.



Pets are allowed upon request for a small extra fee.

A baby cot and a high chair can be provided on request for an extra cost of €5 per night.



Self check-in is available: a few days before arrival, guests will receive all necessary instructions to access the property independently.

Upon arrival or a few days before, payment of a tourist tax may be required, with the amount depending on local regulations.



Desenzano del Garda is a lively town located on the southern shore of the lake, in the province of Brescia. This charming destination combines history, relaxation and fun: you can visit the remains of the ancient Roman Villa, climb up to the 10th-century medieval castle, or stroll through the narrow streets leading to the picturesque old harbour, perfect for an aperitif with lake view. Those seeking sun and tranquillity will find several well-kept beaches to relax and enjoy the scenery, while sports lovers can enjoy windsurfing, sailing or mountain biking.

Desenzano is also an excellent starting point to explore the Lower Lake Garda area, rich in enchanting places: from the renowned Sirmione, famous for its thermal baths and historic charm, to Salò with its elegant lakeside promenade, continuing on to Maderno and Gardone Riviera.



The apartment is about a 10-minute drive from Desenzano train station and about 30 minutes from Verona Airport.
