The building is on a small hill near the tourist town, just a 15-minute walk from the beach. In the surroundings there are numerous shops, bars and restaurants. Just 500 m away there is a public transport stop. Tenerife South airport is about 15 km away.

The town of Los Cristianos is a beautiful fishing village located in the south of the island, where you will find everything you need to enjoy a wonderful vacation, stroll along its large promenade at sunset, take a swim in the well-known Playa de Las Vistas , sit on a terrace to eat some delicious tapas, a delicious fish with mojo and don't forget to order the always surprising Canarian potatoes. You could have accompanied all this almost 365 days a year with a radiant sun and an enviable temperature typical of the Canary Islands.
