The space
The apartment is located on the third floor (without an elevator) of a historic building; it is equipped with every comfort: heating, air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a washing machine, a hairdryer, a clothesline, a kettle, a Moka pot, and a coffee machine with capsules.
Furnished with attention to detail, the apartment is spread over two levels, covering approximately 60 square meters. It features numerous windows, a rare feature in historic buildings in the historic center. It features a spacious living area, divided into a dining area and a relaxation area, with a sofa bed for two and a smart TV.
The dining area leads to the fully equipped kitchen with a large window overlooking a picturesque internal courtyard. Salt, sugar, coffee, and homemade extra virgin olive oil are available for guests' use. On the entrance level is the fully renovated main bathroom, equipped with a bidet and a large glass shower. Bathroom amenities, toilet paper, a hairdryer, and cotton towels are also available.
A wooden staircase leads from the living area to the upper floor, where a cozy double bedroom with air conditioning and a small, fully renovated bathroom with a toilet and sink is located. The double bed has a natural wood slatted base and a breathable, hypoallergenic memory foam mattress. Cotton linens and towels are provided.
The bedroom area leads to a delightful, well-exposed terrace, where guests can enjoy, in complete privacy, a splendid view of the beautiful, ancient buildings of Florence's historic center. Equipped with a wooden table and chairs, it's perfect for relaxing after a walk, unwinding with a newspaper, a book, or a coffee.

The accommodation is located in a quiet area, with all amenities: a supermarket, Florence Guide Tours for trips around Tuscany, bike rentals, and pharmacies.
