The highlight of the property is the private panoramic swimming pool (12 x 4 m, 140 cm deep), open from June to September and equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower, perfect for cooling off and sunbathing in complete privacy while admiring the surrounding landscape.

Villa Carciofa also features a charming furnished porch with a table, seating, and a barbecue – an ideal spot for outdoor dinners and barbecues with friends or family, made even more special by the stunning views of the Adriatic Sea and the gentle Marche hills.

To complete the villa’s comforts, guests have access to a convenient private outdoor parking area for up to 4 cars.

Set over 3 levels, Villa Carciofa represents the perfect blend of rustic charm and contemporary luxury; an elegant retreat where the warmth of the wooden roof harmoniously meets refined, modern furnishings. The villa can sleep up to 8 guests and features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, with Internet Wifi included. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with mosquito screens. Pets are not allowed.

Basement level: This level offers 2 refined double bedrooms and 2 private bathrooms, including one ensuite with shower, and the other with both shower and bathtub. There is also a second living area with comfortable sofas and tv, ideal for private moments of relaxation.

Ground floor: The heart of the villa is a bright and welcoming open-plan living area, where the wooden roof and elegant furnishings create a warm and refined atmosphere. The living room, with parquet flooring and a modern fireplace with a light stone insert, is furnished with two sofas and tv. A custom wooden partition wall separates the living area from the kitchen, incorporating shelving, the television, and display space for decorative objects.

The modern island kitchen is fully equipped with: oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffee machine, toaster, stovetop, and a wooden dining table for 8 guests. Large glass doors offer breathtaking panoramic views stretching from the rolling hills all the way to the sea, creating unforgettable moments.

First floor: The top floor hosts 2 additional double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom with shower, ensuring maximum comfort, privacy, and an exclusive stay for all guests.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (300.00€); extra cleaning (20.00€/hour); extra linen change (100.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
