The town is one of the favorite locations for visitors to Elba, a fishing village that retains all its charm, with a very lively evening centre, full of clubs, events as well as its great historical heritage and the view of the bay full of boats sailing, a unique scenario of its kind.
Incredible roof terrace for outdoor dining and relaxation, you can also enjoy a shared swimming pool of approximately 110 m2, with sea view in a panoramic position above the town and the beach. The swimming pool is open to the public from 20 May to 30/09/2026, in other periods it is not accessible.

We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, carry out separate waste collection and dispose of it.
Three-Room Apartment with Sea and Pool View – 4 Guests
Beautiful two-level apartment, accessible via a private staircase (considered as a second floor). The welcoming entrance opens onto a corridor adorned with colorful paintings, hinting at the lively and sunny character of the entire home.

On the first floor, there is a bright room and a bathroom with a shower box, while the living area and kitchen, decorated in orange, create a warm and cozy environment, perfect for enjoying convivial moments. The apartment opens onto a wonderful panoramic terrace, with sea view, city view, and pool view of the residence: an ideal spot to relax, soak up the sun, or enjoy sunset aperitifs.

On the upper floor, the attic with a double bedroom offers a private bathroom with a shower and a second terrace, ensuring complete privacy and relaxation. The apartment combines comfort, natural light, and panoramic views, making it perfect as both a main residence and a holiday home.

Important notes:

Rental to groups of guests under 21 is not allowed — come on, grow up a little!

Check-in from 16:00 to 19:30, check-out by 09:00

For arrivals after 20:00, a small extra fee of €50 applies

Security deposit (mandatory): €200. It will be refunded a few days after the end of the stay. Payment is recommended in cash at check-out if departure is after 15:00 (time to clean) or by bank transfer

Bed and bath linen: €40 per double set (also for single use), €20 per single set. Must be requested at least 7 days before arrival; cannot be booked on-site

Key collection information:
Check-in details are sent to the guest 48 hours before arrival. For any needs, you can contact our customer service. For the selected property, key collection usually takes place at our offices in Portoferraio or Mola, depending on the period of operation.
