The villa with swimming pool and solarium is complete with wood-burning oven, brick barbecue and mobile barbecue, parking, automatic gate and video surveillance system.

Villa
Antoine is an airy abode with Mediterranean charm and simple and
elegant architecture, born from the recent renovation that took place in
2018.
The local stone is the dominant element that puts the
structure in harmony with the green garden and the surrounding
countryside.
The well-kept garden, the lawn, the lush vegetation,
the bougainvillea pergola, all entice you to spend a stay in the open
air, enjoying the various equipped areas: the swimming pool with the sunbeds around it, the poolside lounge, theoutdoor dining area, thecooking areawith both masonry and mobilebarbecues and the wood-burning oven. Everything is designed for outdoor living.
The
interiors of Villa Antoine are no less: the living room is furnished
with fine sofas, coffee table and TV, and is next to the well-equipped
eat-in kitchen.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms: 1 double with en suite bathroom, 1 double and 1 twin with single beds. The second shower room completes the house.
Air conditioning is present in the living room and bedrooms.
The villa has an automatic gate and its large spaces allow for parking inside the property.

Antoine stands in the countryside of Matino, in the heart of Salento.
The pretty historic center of the small community devoted to St. George
is less than 2 km away and well worth discovering. In the center also
are all the main services.
Matino lies in the first hinterland of
Gallipoli: the "Città Bella" is just 12 km away, while the beaches of
Punta Pizzo and Baia Verde are only 9 km away.
 
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Pool available from May to October.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
