Furca`s Double Room is an independent room, with independent access
from the lovely outdoor area with equipped relaxation corners.
The room is furnished with a double bed,
closet, chest of drawers, TV, mini fridge and air conditioning. The
front door is protected by mosquito nets. The en suite bathroom is
complete with shower stall.
There are 2 adjacent units of this type, both on the ground floor.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 3:30pm to 5:30pm) and check-out (from 7am to 10:30am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (till 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Tidying up of accommodation with change of bath linen, each 3 days
- Breakfast included from 07am to 10am.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
