other facilities such as a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower.
On the upper floor is the sleeping area, consisting of 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin with single beds. The upper floor is completed by 1 shower room, which is located in the twin room.
Air conditioning is present in one of the bedrooms and in the living room.

the prettiest historical centers of the Gallipoli hinterland. All the
main services and attractions of the small village are within walking
distance.
The nearest beaches are those of the Bay of Gallipoli such as Punta della Suina and Lido Pizzo, which are just 11 km away.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 20 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
