The villa is set in a panoramic position along the northern coast of the island, with sea view and direct access to the beach below via a staircase. It overlooks Capo Bianco beach, known for its white pebbles and clear, transparent waters. In the immediate vicinity there is a cocktail bar and a pizzeria, both easily reachable on foot. The property is located in a quiet residential area, appreciated for its privacy and the quality of the surroundings. The centre of Portoferraio and all main services can be reached in a few minutes by car or with a pleasant walk. From the garden it is possible to enjoy beautiful sunsets over the sea. Private parking is available within the property.
The villa is detached and arranged over two levels. Upon entering, you access directly the upper floor, where the sleeping area is located, consisting of three double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, served by two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. On the ground floor, with direct access to the garden, there is the living area with a spacious living room, the kitchen, the dining area and a guest bathroom. The house is furnished with taste, with particular attention to functionality. The outdoor area is equipped for outdoor dining and for enjoying relaxing moments. The property is equipped with air conditioning in the sleeping area, washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, TV and Wi-Fi connection. The villa is not available for groups of young people. Pets are accepted on request.
