The ground floor (basement) is equipped with three bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen and living room with maxi sofa, outdoor area with large tables for outdoor sharing moments and three outdoor brick showers.

Parking space is free on the street.

📍The vacation home is located on the Ionian coast of Marina di Mancaversa, 300 meters from the beaches and from the promenade for evening walks. The distance to the tourist center of Marina is about 1km where bars, restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, services of all kinds and areas for summer events with organized evenings of live music and gastronomic festivals are located.
Marina di Mancaversa borders the famous Gallipoli, so the accommodation is about 2km from the most beautiful bays of Salento: Lido Pizzo and Baia Verde - long stretches of sand where free beaches and bathing establishments alternate.
In addition, the coastal road makes it easy to reach all the surrounding resorts, even without a car with Salento in Bus line 108.
