With two independent houses and one apartment accommodating up to 11 guests, a private pool, and breathtaking views of the gulf, it is the ideal place for those who wish to enjoy Liguria all year round—among nature, silence, and beauty.

Surrounded by a large garden, the villa invites you to enjoy nature at every moment: breakfasts in the sun, dinners at sunset, or relaxing afternoons with a good book.

In summer, the private pool offers freshness on hot days, while in winter, the wide windows let in the light of the surrounding landscape, and the warmth of the house—both from its cozy atmosphere and its comfortable heating—creates the perfect embrace for peaceful and rejuvenating days.

The private parking area can accommodate three cars. A place where time slows down, and every season has its own charm. 🌞❄️

🍋 “LEMONAIA”

Elegant and bright, it accommodates up to 5 people on a single floor with direct access to the pool. The living room is spacious and refined, and the modern, fully equipped kitchen offers a beautiful view of the pool.

It features two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, and two modern bathrooms with showers. Each room is equipped with air conditioning and heating, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay in every season. ✨

🌺 “LA TERRAZZA”

Ideal for 3 guests, it spans two floors full of light and warmth. On the ground floor, there is a cozy living room with a dining area, a large, well-equipped separate kitchen, a modern bathroom with a shower, and access to a spectacular terrace overlooking the hills of Rapallo, the pool, and the Gulf.

On the upper floor, there is a double bedroom with a breathtaking view, a single bedroom, and a second bathroom with a shower. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating, for total comfort in every season. 🌅

A small, charming nest for 3 people, featuring one double bedroom, one single bedroom, and a modern bathroom with a shower. Each room is air-conditioned and heated, ensuring well-being and relaxation throughout the year. Perfect for those seeking intimacy, tranquility, and contact with nature. 💫

From the villa begins one of the most enchanting trails in the area: a path surrounded by greenery that leads to the Sanctuary of the Madonna di Montallegro, with breathtaking views of the sea and the Ligurian hills.

Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a message on your phone with all the details, including the rental contract for your stay. For any needs, you can contact us through the same channel—we’re available every day from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., nonstop!

Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive freely, without constraints.

Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability.

🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORTS

• Bed linens and towels provided based on the number of guests and booked beds.

• Basic kitchen kit: dish towel, detergent, sponge, and trash bag.

• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.

🏊‍♀️ SEASONAL PRIVATE POOL, open from June 15th to September 15th (dates may vary 📅).

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food items are provided in the house (e.g., sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

👶 TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN?

• We offer a crib and high chair upon request for children aged 0 to 2 years.

• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including linens.

🧾 TOURIST TAX

• €2.50 per person per day, up to a maximum of 10 days.

• Children under 15 are exempt.

• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION

• We kindly ask you to follow the recycling rules.

• At check-out, the apartment must be free of waste.

• Otherwise, a €30 fee will apply.
