Spacious vacation house located in a residence in the heart of San Teodoro. The flat can be situated on the first floor or on the ground floor with garden and it can accommodate up to 6 guests. It features a large living room with a kitchenette and a double sofa bed, a room with a double bed, a room with a bunk-bed and a bathroom with shower. Additionally, the apartment provides A/C and 1 uncovered parking space. Beach distance: 2km. °Floor level cannot be guaranteed; you may state your preference, but assignment depends on availability at check-in

-Final cleaning (kitchen cleaning and waste disposal are the guest’s responsibility. A 50euros fee will be charged for an unclean kitchen, plus an additional 50euros for unremoved waste.). The residence practises separate waste collection.

-City tax
-Security deposit: 200 euros>to be returned at the check-out after the apartment inspection. For group bookings the deposit required will be from 400 euros to 600 euros.

-Only 1 small/medium size pet allowed (max. 25kg): 50 Euros pet/stay
