The flat can accommodate up to 4 guests and it features a modern living room with a double sofa bed, a room with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, a well-equipped kitchen and a furnished balcony or patio. Additionally, the apartment provides A/C and either 1 on-street parking space or 1 garage parking subject to availability. Guests can enjoy a shared laundry zone.
Beach distance: 800mt.°Floor level cannot be guaranteed; you may state your preference, but assignment depends on availability at check-in. °Not all apartments have a view pool. °Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance.°Photos are generic: the accommodation may differ in furniture, decorations and colours.
