This spacious two-storey flat is set in a charming residence surrounded by gardens, just 500mt from the town center and 300mt from the beach, easily reachable on foot. The ground floor is composed of a patio, a living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen and a double sofa bed, as well as a bedroom with a bunk bed and a full bathroom with shower. The first floor consists of a double bedroom and a second complete bathroom with shower. Equipped with: A/C, TV, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, and one uncovered parking space.
