The property may be located on the ground or first floor, featuring a furnished patio or balcony. The space is composed of a living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a double sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, and a complete bathroom with a shower box. Amenities included: A/C, TV, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, and one uncovered parking space. Wi-Fi is available for light use only in common areas.°Photos are generic: the accommodation may differ in furniture, decorations and colours. °Floor level cannot be guaranteed; you may state your preference, but assignment depends on availability at check-in.
