Located on the first floor of a modern residence with swimming pool, our flat is just 800mt from the beach and right in the heart of the town. It features a living area with an open plan kitchen and a double sofa bed, a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and a furnished terrace perfect for relaxing outdoors. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, microwave, TV, and a numbered parking space for your convenience. A/C is available at an additional cost (check below).°Floor level cannot be guaranteed; you may state your preference, but assignment depends on availability at check-in.°Photos are generic and representative of the accommodation type (furniture, decor and colors may vary).°Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance.
