This bright, air-conditioned apartment is located on the second floor of a family house surrounded by greenery and features a terrace with sea views, furnished with a table and chairs. The apartment includes a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. The living area comprises a fully equipped kitchen with kettle, coffee machine, microwave, two-burner gas stove, refrigerator, dining table with four chairs, and a double sofa bed. Satellite TV, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi are also provided. From the living area, you can access the terrace, overlooking the sea and the garden. Free parking is available in front of the house. Guests can enjoy the 900 m² shared fenced garden, equipped with a barbecue and a children’s play area. The famous sandy beach of Zambratija is just 700 mt away and easily reachable on foot in a few minutes.
