Here you will find a fully equipped kitchen, microwave, coffee machine and sofa bed that can comfortably accommodate up to four guests, making the accommodation perfect for families or two couples. It is a pleasant space where you can sit and watch TV, read or plan your day's activities, always maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The bathroom is private and well-maintained, complete with everything you need: shower, toilet, bidet, sink and washing machine for a comfortable stay.

In accordance with Article 19 of the Testo Unico delle Leggi di Pubblica Sicurezza (TULPS), Italian law requires us to register the identity documents of all guests staying at our establishment. To this end, we would like to inform you that we use professional management software that guarantees maximum data security and confidentiality. We will send you a secure link before your stay to enable you to register these documents quickly and easily.

Before your arrival, I will make sure that the flat is thoroughly cleaned, following strict hygiene standards.



There will be fresh bed linen and towels for each guest, two rolls of toilet paper and a welcome kit in the bathroom, I also inform you that as we are not a hotel, Italian law forbids us to provide our guests with any kind of food even just simple oil, salt and pepper, and as we work professionally, we are bound to follow Italian law.



Please respect the flat and its equipment during your stay as if they were your own. I am sure you will treat the flat with care.
