The living area opens onto a fully equipped kitchen — with dishes, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle and everything you need to cook freely. The kitchen leads to a delightful Venetian balcony, a small jewel suspended above the water, from which you can enjoy an open view of the lagoon to the islands of San Felice and Pellestrina.
It is the ideal place to start the day with a coffee watching the city wake up or to end it with an aperitif, admiring the sunsets that set fire to the sky with golden and pink reflections.
The double bedroom is a haven of quiet, with wardrobe, bedside tables and chest of drawers, while the second bedroom, equipped with two single beds, is perfect for traveling friends or families.
The bathroom, modern and functional, has **sink, shower, bidet and WC**, and the presence of the washing machine makes the stay comfortable even for longer periods.
