In this independent chalet, spread over three floors, every space tells a story of warmth and hospitality. The top level hosts a romantic mezzanine, an intimate retreat where you can relax after a day exploring the wonders of Courmayeur ✨. The three bedrooms—two with French beds and one with a comfortable double sofa bed—envelop guests in an atmosphere of peace; the mezzanine offers an additional sofa bed that completes the magic of the space. The two modern bathrooms provide all the comfort you need to unwind 🚿. The fully equipped kitchen, also featuring a dishwasher, invites you to prepare meals to share with your loved ones 🍽️. A convenient laundry area with washing machine and dryer makes your stay even more comfortable, just like being at home 🧺. Outside, a private garden welcomes peaceful moments, and a covered outdoor parking space makes every arrival simple and stress-free. A chalet designed to let you experience authentic emotions surrounded by nature, harmony and alpine magic.

Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive freely without constraints.

Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability.

🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORTS
• Bed linens and towels provided based on the number of guests and beds booked.
• Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, detergent, sponge, trash bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 toilet paper rolls per bathroom.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food items are provided (e.g., sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

👶 TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN?
• We offer a crib and highchair on request for children aged 0 to 2 years.
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, linens included.

🐾 WE ACCEPT PETS!
• We are happy to host your four-legged friends, upon request and confirmation. SMALL DOGS ONLY.
• Extra cost: €30 per stay.
• Any damage to furniture or fabrics will be charged.

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• Between €1.00 and €2.00 (depending on the period) per day, up to a maximum of 7 days.
• Children under 15 are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• Please respect the rules for separate waste collection.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of waste.
• Otherwise, a €30 penalty will be applied.
