The bathroom has a shower cubicle and is organized in a practical and functional way. Outside, the villa offers two verandas, one on the front and one on the back, both furnished with garden furniture and ideal for relaxing outdoors or enjoying pleasant summer evenings; the garden is fenced and equipped with a charcoal barbecue, perfect for those who love to cook and enjoy outdoor spaces in total privacy. The house is also equipped with all the essential amenities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, mosquito nets, TV and Wi-Fi, so as to make your stay even more pleasant and practical.

- for checks in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.
For early check-outs, at the request of the customer and subject to acceptance, an extra cost of euro 30.00 is required from 6 to 8. .
