Spacious and bright two-level apartment with high ceilings and period floors. The house is located in an Art Nouveau building, a short walk from the botanical garden and Villa Giulia.



The apartment, located on the third floor of a building without an elevator, consists of a large living area with a sofa and television, followed by a separate, fully equipped kitchen. Also on the ground floor are two queen-size bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, there is a third queen-size bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. Continuing up the stairs, you reach the terrace with a dining table and a view of Palermo.
