This holiday home is located in the popular Umag–Punta area, just 150 mt from the seafront, 900 mt from the beach, and a short walk from shops and restaurants. Stella Maris Resort is 800 m away, and the centre of Umag can be reached along the waterfront in a few minutes. The air-conditioned house includes a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with beds that can be joined. The kitchen is equipped with a dining table, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, and microwave. There are two bathrooms: one with a shower and one additional toilet for convenience.. The entrance opens onto a covered veranda with seating and a flat-screen satellite TV. Outside, guests have access to a private garden with a furnished terrace, barbecue, and outdoor shower. Free private parking is available in front of the house. This home is suitable for families, couples, or friends looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.
