The property offers a fully fenced garden, ideal for outdoor relaxation. The entrance, framed by a small raised patio with a brick fireplace, opens through a large glass door into the living area. Here, a bright open-plan space includes a living room with a sofa bed and a small kitchenette, fully equipped and with a window. On the raised floor, there are two bedrooms: a master bedroom and a second room with two single beds. The bathroom has a window and a modern shower cabin. At the rear of the house, a laundry room is also available. One covered parking space is included in the booking.
