Charming villa, recently renovated, immersed in property of over 10.000 square meters, isolated, accessible by a typical hill road with some hairpin bends, however easily accessible.
Sun terrace boasting a breathtaking view over the Alberobello valley, surrounded by a private wood, orchard and vegetable garden, the pool is surrounded by traditional dry walls (Muretti a Secco) and a designed garden with native plants and flowers, with centuries-old trees (holm and oak) in sight. So guests enjoy absolute privacy and relaxation, accompanied by the sound of the birds, away from prying eyes.
Our property, private and exclusive, have two independent entrances, a large patio with an outdoor dining area, a garden with a swimming pool and sun terrace, and a barbecue area.
The villa is equipped with:

3 en-suite bathrooms with shower and an additional outdoor bathroom complete with shower;
Open-space living room with fireplace and views over the hills and the pool, featuring a spacious dining table;

A fully equipped kitchen open-space and ideal for cookery classes, complete with central table, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and all necessary equipment and utensils;

Lounge with a large and comfortable white sofa, shabby furniture, another large fireplace with a lamp to cradle you still in a good read. Large glass windows to once again admire a breathtaking view.

All areas are equipped with air conditioners and heating. The windows of the sleeping area are protected by mosquito nets.
Two cribs, a crib, two high chairs and two changing tables are available for families with children.

Outside, you can access the veranda and the outdoor dining area, complete with a table with chairs for unforgettable lunches and dinners, comfortable deckchairs to fully enjoy this taste of the Apulia land with views stretching out to the hills. The picture has the flavour of living suspended in time. The singing of cicadas during the day and the sound of crickets in the evening will accompany your days marked by the slow passage of time, just like in the old days.

The entire property (house, swimming pool, outdoor area) is exclusive to the guests; there are no common areas to share with other families.

You can rent the entire Tenuta, Il Leccio (max 4 people), or Il Carrubo (max 6 people).

Renting the entire estate provides exclusive access to it. However, if you choose to rent one of the two apartments, you may need to share the pool with the owners.
