Being a smaller and quieter area, La Pila is perfect for those who want to enjoy a relaxed atmosphere, exploring the local landscape and taking part in outdoor activities such as excursions and walks in the countryside.

Cozy two-room apartment of about 35 sqm, located on the first floor with independent entrance and arranged on a single level.
The bright living area, characterized by large windows, includes a relaxation corner with a French-style sofa bed (with pull-out bed) and TV, as well as a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen featuring a fridge with freezer and gas stove.
On the left is the anteroom leading to the double bedroom overlooking the rooftops.
The bathroom, with window, includes a shower box, bidet, and washing machine.
Ideal for up to 3 adults, perfect for couples or small families seeking tranquility.

Important Notes:
- check-in from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm and check-out by 9:00 am; for check-in after 8:00 pm an extra fee of €50.00 applies
- pets not allowed
- security deposit (mandatory): €150.00; refunded at the end of the stay after inspection of the property (if paid in cash, it will not be returned before 3:00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: €20.00 per person (to be requested at the time of booking); cannot be booked on site
