The kitchen area, equipped with a kitchenette, is practical and functional, ideal for those who love to cook independently. The sleeping area consists of a triple bedroom with double and single beds, bright and air conditioned, and a twin bedroom with two single beds, designed to guarantee relaxation and privacy to each guest. The bathroom, modern and well finished, has a comfortable shower box.
What makes this apartment truly special are its outdoor spaces: two beautiful balconies that invite you to live outside every moment of the day. The first, accessible from the triple room, offers a breathtaking view of the sea, perfect for enjoying a coffee when you wake up or an unforgettable sunset. The second, located at the entrance, is furnished with a dining table and garden furniture, creating an ideal corner for dining under the stars with the sound of the sea in the background. The apartment has air conditioning in the main bedroom, ceiling fan, mosquito nets, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine and a comfortable shared outdoor shower on the ground floor.

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, at the request of the customer, and subject to acceptance, an additional cost is required:

- for checks in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.
