About This Property
In the heart of the historic district of Trastevere, the apartment is located on the 3rd and top floor of a historic building without elevator. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people and it's on two floors: on the lower floor there are 2 bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds) ,a living area with a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower; you reach the upper floor through a flight of stairs, here you have a second living area with a sofa bed, a kitchen corner with table and chairs, a second small double bedroom and a second bathroom. From here you have access to a romantic small panoramic terrace with amazing view over Trastevere and Gianicolo. Air conditioning and free wi-fi, included.
Tourist tax € 6,00 per person per night for a maximum of 10 days (children less than 10 years are exempt).
We kindly inform our guests that upon check in they will be required to fill a rental contract according to Italian law, leaving their details
The registration of our guests will require to show us their documents in order to comply with Italian rules about safety and tourism
Please make sure no house keys are left in the lock from inside when you are not in the apartment. Forgetting the keys in the lock would make it impossibile to access the apartment and we will need of the intervention of a locksmith that will be charged entirely to you.
In Italy we have a domestic standard voltage allowed which, if exceeded, causes a temporary electrical power outage, therefore we strongly advise all our guests not to use too many devices at the same time. In case electricity is out we might not to be able to intervene immediately but a visit needs to be organized.
Tourist Tax € 6 person per night up to a maximum of 10 nights (children under 10 years of age are excluded)

Damage deposit amount may vary for reservations starting from 14 nights.
On December 31th:
