Description:

Our luxurious dream apartment in the heart of Bardolino is an eco-friendly home with a rooftop photovoltaic system capable of powering the entire residence. State-of-the-art climate control ensures environmentally friendly cooling, while electric blinds adorn the entire Salvatore Home. Our Salvatore Homes - Residence Corte Garden boasts continuous floor heating/cooling throughout. Equipped with high-speed internet (up to 300mbps) throughout the property + outdoor areas.



The interior is consistently modern and luxurious with floor-to-ceiling windows, complementing the design of Residence Corte Garden. Owner-painted works adorn the living and dining area, creating a cozy atmosphere.



Bedrooms:

Both fully air-conditioned bedrooms feature a double bed (160 cm wide), a private bathroom with shower/WC (one en-suite, the other accessible), and a terasse overlooking the idyllic olive tree-planted backyard of the private area. Each bedroom also has a 160cm desk for those who occasionally need to check emails during vacation. Both bedrooms are equipped with a 50” Smart TV, supported by satellite TV (including German channels), and various streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney+.  In addition, the bedrooms are equipped with electric roller shutters to darken the rooms at any times.



Bathrooms:

The bathrooms feature rain showers, heated mirrors, towel heaters, and ample space in the bathroom cabinets. Cosmetic needs are also catered for with exclusive BARRONA® toiletries such as exfoliating Hand Wash Soaps, energizing Body Wash, Shampoo and Conditioners.



Living Room:

The spacious, fully air-conditioned living room with open luxury kitchen invites you to spend relaxed hours with your family and friends. Additionally, the living room features a 65-inch Smart TV, supported by satellite TV (including German channels), and various streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney+. For an incredible sound experience, our living room is also equipped with a BOSE Ultra Surround Sound system for an immersive cinematic experience. In addition the comfortable sofa couch can be transferred into a double sofa bed, for up to 2 additional guests.



Kitchen:

If you fancy cooking your own Bolognese, no problem. The modern kitchen with kitchen island is equipped with high-quality BOSCH appliances and a wide range of cooking utensils. You'll also find a dishwasher in the kitchen, so you won't have to worry about washing up. Furthermore, the breathtaking view is not obstructed by large hoods, as our stove operates with state-of-the-art exhaust technology, eliminating the need for an external hood.



Outside-Area:



Looking for a cooling dip and some sunbathing? Feel free to use our heated community pool anytime from mid-April to mid-October and enjoy the incredible luxury of taking a sunbath on your own loungers directly by the pool on the private terrace. Private loungers, bathrobes, and towels from Salvatore Homes are also available.

Our private dream terrace leaves nothing to be desired. Equipped with sun loungers, a modern lounge, and a pergola with a large dining table, you can sit outside around the clock and enjoy the refreshing sea air. This includes a large garden with Mediterranean olive trees. In the evening, the entire outdoor area of our Salvatore Homes is beautifully illuminated with ambient lighting, creating an exclusive and luxurious atmosphere.

New from 15.10.2025: As part of our latest upgrade, guests can now enjoy a private whirlpool, available year-round. Perfect for relaxing under the stars or for a cozy soak during the winter season, it adds the ultimate touch of comfort and wellness to your stay.



Parking and Infrastructure:

Salvatore Homes has a large private underground garage with space for 1 vehicle. Additionally, there is a WALL-BOX for electric vehicles in the private garage, which can be used optionally for an additional charge (500€ deposit, 0.59€ per kWh). If you need space for more vehicles, an additional parking space can be booked (29€ per night). This is subject to availability and should be requested in advance to make a reservation.

If you’re traveling with a larger group, our apartments at Residence Corte Garden in Bardolino can accommodate up to 28 guests in total. By combining Casa Serenia, Casa Olivia, Casa Jasmina, and Casa Sabina, you’ll have ample space for everyone—plus, all four apartments are located within the same residence and share access to a beautiful communal pool.
