The apartment is located on the first floor and offers: a cozy bedroom with a double bed, simple and functional furniture, and an elegant Mediterranean touch; a bright, modern bathroom with a large shower cabin and refined marble finishes; a spacious and luminous living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, and double sofa bed — the ideal place to relax after a day at the beach or exploring the island.

Minimum age for check-in: 21 years (aimed at young couples)

Air conditioning available for €10 per day, on request, to be paid upon arrival

Check-in from 16:00 to 19:30 and check-out by 09:00; for check-in after 20:00, a €50 surcharge applies

Pets allowed (small/medium size) with a €30 cleaning fee, payable on-site

Security deposit (mandatory): €150; refunded at the end of the stay after inspecting the property (if paid in cash, it will not be returned before 15:00)

Bed and bath linen: €20 per person (must be requested at the time of booking; not available on-site)

Check-in details are sent to the guest 48 hours before arrival. For any needs, you can contact our customer service. For the selected property, keys are usually collected at our offices in Mola or Portoferraio.
