Experience the best of Umbrian history and comfort in two adjoining homes set on a beautifully landscaped estate. The original 15th-century stone watchtower has been lovingly restored and blended with a light-filled modern villa, all just a 10-minute drive from the hilltop town of Todi. Whether you’re relaxing in the historic watch tower, swimming in your private 12 × 6 m pool, or watching the sunset over rolling olive groves, Torre Angelina offers an unforgettable escape.
The Old House (Casa Vecchia)
• Ground Floor: Spacious living room with stone fireplace; cozy library/study; formal dining room; fully equipped kitchen opening onto a covered terrace shaded by a majestic linden tree.
• First Floor: There are 4 bathrooms on this floor. Two are in the corridor with a shower, two are ensuite. There is a petite single bedroom for a child, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with a bath. There is an extra studio built into the old watchtower, that has an open floor with another double bed. This room is not suitable for seniors, but a fun room for younger people.
The New House (Casa Nuova)
• Ground Floor: Grand entrance hall; to the left, a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a bath; to the right is the kitchen and living room that flows onto an outdoor terrace—perfect for morning coffee or al fresco suppers.
• First Floor: At the end of the corridor is another master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a shower. In the corridor is the third bedroom with two single beds. These cannot be united. The third bathroom with shower is in the corridor.
Outdoor & Amenities
• Swimming Pool: 12 × 6 m, 1.4 m deep, fully lit for evening dips, safely fenced with sun loungers and umbrellas.
• Gardens: Lush lawns dotted with olive and fruit trees; shaded terraces; barbecue.
• Extras: Air conditioning in the two double bedrooms of the Old House; the bedrooms in the new house all have ceiling fans; high-speed internet; Smart TV; laundrette in each house; outdoor furniture; private parking; a swing, table games and books available.
Guest Access
Guests have exclusive use of both houses, the entire garden, pool, terraces, and parking. The houses are about 50 metres apart, separated by a small country lane. You may encounter the occasional farmer working the land, and spot the local wild life from deers, to bores, hares and all kinds of birds.
