Villa Seastar is where relaxed living, design, and a sense of lightness come together. Located close to the sea, this modern villa is perfect for families and friends who want to enjoy Istria at their own pace. It features three bedrooms with double beds and one with a pull-out bed, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. The spacious open-plan living area overlooks the infinity pool, the sea, and the island of Cres, creating a bright, connected atmosphere for long breakfasts, sunbathing, or evening relaxation at sunset.
For guests who enjoy staying active, Villa Seastar provides exercise mats, several Pilates exercise balls of different sizes, resistance bands, and black rolls for stretching and relaxation. Guests can also take advantage of free bike rentals from a local partner in Krnica — ideal for exploring the area on two wheels.
Everything here feels relaxed, modern, and effortless — a touch of luxury balanced with wellness and nature.

The Villa

Spacious and elegant, the villa spreads over two floors and is filled with natural light thanks to large glass walls facing the sea. The design combines clean lines, neutral tones, and natural materials, creating a soothing and comfortable atmosphere.
On the ground floor, the open-plan living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen all connect directly to the terrace, providing a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces. Every detail has been carefully selected to combine functionality and elegance, offering guests a true sense of relaxation.

Bedrooms and Layout

The villa offers four bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.
Three bedrooms feature double beds, while the fourth, located on the ground floor, includes an extendable single bed that can become a comfortable double bed.
All rooms are air-conditioned, tastefully furnished, and filled with natural light. One bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, while the others feature modern walk-in showers.
The refined design and the use of natural materials create a peaceful atmosphere, ideal for unwinding after a day by the sea.

Outdoor Area

The highlight of Villa SeaStar is the stunning infinity pool with sea view, perfectly positioned to overlook the horizon and the island of Cres. Around the pool, there is a spacious terrace with sun loungers, parasols, and an outdoor dining area – the perfect place for morning coffee, relaxation, or dinner under the stars.
A barbecue area is also available, while the surrounding Mediterranean greenery ensures privacy and tranquility.

Additional Information

The villa provides Wi-Fi, private parking, air conditioning throughout, a washing machine, and a dishwasher.
Guests can use the provided Pilates and fitness equipment, as well as enjoy free bicycles offered by a local partner in Krnica.
Pool heating with a heat pump is available on request in April, May, September, and October – at an extra charge of 200.00 EUR per week, depending on weather conditions.
The house is not suitable for youth groups.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted indoors.
