Set in the hills above Piano di Sorrento, this peaceful villa is ideal for couples, families or small groups looking to relax in nature while staying close to Sorrento, Positano and the Amalfi Coast.



An independent retreat with shared pool and gardens



Villa Auxilia sits next to the owner’s main house, yet enjoys its own private entrance and complete independence. Guests can make use of the shared swimming pool (13 m x 4 m, depth 1.80 m), open from 19 April to 17 October, surrounded by greenery and offering wonderful views of the Sorrento hills.



The pool and garden are shared only occasionally with the owner, who generally does not use them while guests are staying, ensuring maximum privacy and serenity.



The villa also boasts a spacious private terrace (approx. 200 m²) equipped with a dining table for six, armchairs, small tables, and a charcoal barbecue — the perfect setting for al fresco breakfasts, relaxed lunches or romantic dinners at sunset overlooking the sea.

Set entirely on one level, Villa Auxilia (70 m²) is easily accessible and filled with natural light. Interiors are fresh, functional and decorated in a modern Mediterranean style, with wide windows overlooking the garden and sea.

The open-plan kitchen with induction hob is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, espresso coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, and full set of utensils and tableware.



The living room, also air-conditioned, features a comfortable sofa, dining area and direct access to the terrace.



Nestled between the sea and the hills, Villa Auxilia offers an excellent base for exploring the Sorrento Peninsula and the Amalfi Coast.
