As you step inside, you’ll be welcomed by a small entrance leading to a bright double bedroom with a smart TV — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The living room is spacious and comfortable, featuring a cozy sofa bed, a dining area with table and chairs, and another smart TV for your downtime.

The kitchen is large and fully equipped: you’ll find a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine, and everything you need to feel right at home. The bathroom is modern and functional, with a comfortable shower.



The apartment offers fast fiber Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a hairdryer, iron, bed linens, and towels. If you’re traveling with a baby, a crib is available on request at no extra charge.

Within a 20-minute walk, you can reach the Circus Maximus, Giardino degli Aranci, Rose Garden, or the picturesque Trastevere district.



Getting here is simple: from Fiumicino Airport, take the train to Trastevere or Ostiense and walk a few minutes to the apartment; from Ciampino Airport, take the train to Termini and then the metro to Ostiense.

For arrivals between 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. there is an additional cost of EUR 30 to be paid in cash on arrival. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 11.00 pm it is not possible to check in without a prior agreement and it is subject to availability.
